Return and Refund Policy
We have a straightforward and clear policy that enables the customers to traverse any issues easily. There is a general 15-day refund policy given to the customers with domestic and international orders in case of unmutilated and non-consumable merchandize. When there are damaged or defective goods, we will endure to absorb extra costs to fix wrongs. The returns must have Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which is available only upon request to our customer support team and a strict instruction on how to send returns.
Returns and Refunds: Local Deliveries (Nigeria)
To begin returns for Nigerian customers, it is easy to initiate a return or refund. All you need to do is, call our professional customer support and tell them your order number and a brief description of the problem.
Policy and Process
Unopened and undamaged products may be exchanged at their full value in case you have received within 15 days of delivery followed by provision of an RMA and guidelines to follow once aptness has been established. In case any product is delivered damaged or defective, kindly check via contacting us. Following confirmation, a turnaround management and delivery advice will be provided. Stepvolution will reimburse all costs of the product and shipping cost of damage/defective products back to the customer.
Note: All other reasons will be barred with transportation costs to do a return shipping on the part of the customer.
International Orders Refunds and Returns
When the customer returns a product to Stepvolution bought abroad, s/he does not have to make any extra payments to have it custom-cleared, pay taxes, etc. Nevertheless, Stepvolution does not pay back any duties or taxes that a customer might have paid upon first importing the product to his or her country.
Just like what happens with our domestic policy it is within the capacity of Stepvolution to receive products that are used but not yet worn or have been used in any other way as long as the customer care management team of our organization has been informed of the same and given RMA and returns instructions. Stepvolution will reimburse some of the shipping fee during the shipment of goods back to the foreign country in instances where it is found out that the goods were defective or damaged.
In situations when the return shipping is instigated by the customer, the cost of shipping will be borne by the customer on the shipping of returns. Once more, there is no refund of any customs or duties levies that may have been paid along with the original importation and rendered to Stepvolution on behalf of the customer.
Furthermore, Stepvolution will bear no advantage with regards to the exchange rate changes between the date of purchase, as well as the date of the repayment of international orders.
Refunds Process
Upon returning your product to our care and thoroughly inspecting it to verify the condition (used/rubbed) as claimed we will automatically get to work issuing the refund process. This on verification averages 7 business days. The sum of refund will be returned back to your original method of payment at time of initial buy. Whilst Stepvolution refunds in less than one working day, it can take varying times to show up in your bank or credit card statement, this depends on individual processing time of your financial institution. We want our customers to experience smooth and hustle free refund process.
Shipping
Stepvolution has a solid delivery within Nigeria and has an average delivery period of between 15 to 45 working days depending on where you reside in the country. We track all of our orders and you can keep track of your package as it goes through. The shipping costs are clearly illustrated in the checkout area and you are actually charged depending on what you place an order on and where you need the cargo to be dispatched.
